A week ago, Saturday, we finally had a gorgeous weekend! We took advantage of every minute. We packed lunches and walked to South Park (the place, not the show).
Evan’s favorite part of the park visit was running the bases. On your mark, get set, run. The ‘on your mark’ part is where he squatted down to the ground. So silly!
Preston was not to be left out
of the base running, although a little slower than the other boys. 
The picture with
Evan & Jeff pointing in different directions is what happened when he
asked Evan which way was 2nd base. I’m pretty sure Jeff was right,
so we’ve got some teaching in store for us!
We then came
home, changed into shorts & t-shirts and played basketball. Evan
can be quite a good dribbler sometimes! I think we are going to have a busy
summer outside training our future athletes.
